Quality is at the heart of everything we do, through R&D, manufacturing, supply and sales. As a API6D, CE and ISO certified company, quality management system have already been established and applicable for our manufacture.

In order to meet customer’s quality requirements.On one hand, we make dimensions and testing strictly according to standards API ,ANSI, DIN ,ISO,BS,JIS ,GOST, or confirmed drawing with special requirements. On the other hand, we have advanced test facilities to control quality from rough casting/forging to final products. These facilities enable us to do Positive Material Identification(PMI), Radiographic Test (RT), Ultra-Sonic Test(UT),Dye-penetration Test, Magnetic Particle Test, Impact Test, Tensile Test, Hardness Test, Fire safe test, Cryogenic test, Vacuum test, Fugitive emission test, Pressure test.

Commitment On Quality Service

1. All our products are 100% tested(include dimensions, pressure, surface ) before dispatch.
2. We supply EN10204-3.1 mill & pressure test certificates when products are finished.
3. We accommodate other 3 rd party or user’s inspection by prior aggrement.
4. The warranty time of our products is 12 months since date of shipment. During this period, all the quality problem caused by us, we promise to deal with it within 24 hours against your specified claim report.
